✨New Menu✨ Our summer menu is in full swing! It’s light, fresh, and made with locally sourced produce. Try a zesty Zócalo Shrimp Tostada made with Oishii shrimp cured in aguachile. Share the table and a meal with a plate of Some Like It Hotter Chicken, it’s half a boneless chicken rubbed with our Some Like It Hotter blend and dressed with summer pesto and golden potatoes.
Don’t fret, you’ll still find our Heirloom Ginger Chicken Sandwich and our Sichuan Five Spice Noodles on the menu.
Have you had any of our new plates? Come in for dinner, Wednesday through Saturday, open from 5-9 PM and let us know what you think!

Hitting newsstands June 3, you won’t want to miss this edition of Madison Magazine. The Deliciouser’s Patrick O’Halloran is the 2026 Chef of the Year!
The Deliciouser is a modern spice shop and restaurant featuring seasonal dinner menus that celebrate local producers and handcrafted spice blends. The open kitchen allows guests to enjoy their meal while getting a behind-the-scenes look at the cooking process. What started in 2020 as a small-batch, chef-curated spice business grew into a restaurant, bar, and retail space located in a former Greyhound Bus Depot within The Main Street Industries building in downtown Madison, Wisconsin.
With more than 30 years into his career, including his work at Madison’s Lombardino’s and The Old Fashioned, O’Halloran propels himself and his team through curiosity. His inspiration? Histories, techniques, and traditions from cuisines all over the world.
Bland be damned! Saturdays just got Deliciouser on E. main St because…We’re now serving lunch on Saturdays!🔥 You asked for it so we made it happen. Hours are 11 AM - 2 PM. Who are you bringing to lunch? Tag them below!

June calendar drop! You already know about some of our events, but did you know we're also expanding our lunch hours to SATURDAY!? That's right, come by for lunch on Saturdays, starting June 13th. We're also looking forward to our next Discovery Dinner with Chef and the first 's Chef of the Year Dinner celebrating our own Chef Patrick who is joined by Chef , , and rising star ! Also, join us for trivia and burgers every other Tuesday.
There's only one workshop this month, so get your tix to the Seafood & Seasoning Workshop. Chef Patrick will demo how to cook with rockfish and serve up a fantastic lunch featuring .
To wrap up the month, our Kids Summer Cooking Camp takes off on a culinary trip to Italy!

O'Halloran is charting a new course with his modern spice shop and restaurant The Deliciouser. More than 30 years into his career — which includes his work at legendary Madison restaurants Lombardino’s and The Old Fashioned — O’Halloran is using curiosity as his compass to trace the histories, techniques and traditions behind cuisines from around the world.
Also in this issue, Emma Waldinger highlights six chefs — all 32 or younger — who are laying the groundwork for a healthier and more sustainable culinary industry in Madison.
