Our Cambridge Community Closet is coming along! Because this is a smaller space, and the community has different needs, you’ll see some of the changes we are making, including:

-a toiletries wall fitted with toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc,
-a sign-out system!
-appointment opportunities for shopping in Cambridge instead of having to head into Madison.

This will serve Dane, Jefferson, and Rock counties until the need continues to reveal where we need to head next!

Thanks again for everyone who is supporting and encouraging this project. Up next, shelving and racking for hanging clothing, sorting and filling the space, new door handle, signage and making this closet come to life!

It was a beautiful Sunday in the ministry marketplace at World's Largest Brat Fest! 🌭

Our team was able to get up on stage and share about “Madison’s Free Clothing Closet” and we couldn’t have been more excited and grateful! Thanks to our friends at United Madison Christian Givers for the beautiful opportunity!

One of the comments we hear from many of the people we serve is, “I don’t want to take too much and not leave enough for others…”

And we respond back? “There is more than enough!! Take what you need and then pass it on!!”

Even in the middle of difficult seasons and challenge, people are often so mindful of others… and with clothing, we are always able to give more than they expect and it’s what makes this work so special! There is truly MORE THAN ENOUGH…
