My small, modest attempt to advocate for love.

I thought I would share the poem that goes with the painting. I always knew it would be about the healing nature of a large expanse of fresh snow. Can nature get any more serene?

I find solace in the quiet of Winter despite the bone chilling temperatures outside. Stay cozy my friends!

I feel honored that "Of the Raven" was selected to be a part of the Wisconsin Watercolor exhibit at the Racine Art Museum. It will be there from Dec 10- April 18, 2026. There were so many amazing pieces on display, very cool to be a part of it!

A Love Letter to a dying Oak in my neighborhood that has been tagged for removal. So sad to see our majestic Oaks suffering.

I can feel myself harvesting and storing all the golden rays from these warm Autumn days, like the birds storing fat in preparation for the grit of Winter.

I hope you are also able to find some golden moments amidst these challenging times.
