Sometimes Brooklyn Heights is a 400 square foot minimalist mini-loft with tons of natural light (east facing), swanky furniture and original hard wood floors. Built in 1855, the building is right in the center of historic Brooklyn Heights and two blocks from the Promenade. One flight up makes equipment load-in easy. The space is easily shiftable to accommodate a variety of looks.
