I am excited to announce my candidacy for Madison County District Court Judge, Place 1.
Marian Wright Edelman once said, “Service is the rent we pay for being. It is the very purpose of life, not something you do in your spare time.” From a very young age, I made the decision not just to spend time in service, but to commit my life to it
For 18 years, I have served Madison County as an attorney, representing families, business owners, and individuals during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. From private practice to nonprofit healthcare leadership to founding Rucker Legal Solutions, my commitment has always been the same: fairness, accountability, and respect for every person.
District Court decisions impact everyday lives. Our community deserves a judge who listens, leads with integrity, and applies the law with both strength and compassion.
I am ready to serve, and I humbly ask for your support.

IT'S ELECTION DAY!
Throughout this campaign, I have shared my experience, discussed my platform in this position, and shown that I am a proven and principled candidate that cares about having a balanced and fair outlook for the District Court, and I hope in doing that I have earned your vote as your next Madison County District Court Judge.

We can't believe this was our last weekend before the Election!
And what better way to kick it off than with a community block party co-hosted with Kim Lewis & Marilyn Lands? It was great to cut loose and have some fun with family, friends, and volunteers.
On Sunday, we had the opportunity to visit St. Luke Christian Church as well as True Light Church of God in Christ and enjoy a lovely service. Kimberly then participated in the Greater Huntsville Interdenominational Ministerial Fellowship candidate forum to speak to Madison County residents about her platform for District Court Judge, and we ended the weekend with our last Sunday canvassing!

Join Marilyn for Alabama, Kim Lewis for State Senate, District 2, and Kimberly Rucker TODAY, November 5, from 4-7 PM for a Get Out The Vote block party! The weather should be tapering off by this afternoon, but we'll be meeting indoors in the clubhouse regardless. The campaigns have been working tirelessly for months and have so much to be proud of, so come out, bring your friends, and celebrate all of the hard work with some food, music, and lots of fun!
