Website Wednesday Spotlight: Parts Information Catalog (PIC) Lookup Tool

Have you checked out the PIC Lookup Tool on our new website yet? We’ve integrated PIC directly into our platform, making it easier than ever to access the information you need without navigating back to HVAC Partners.

You can find the tool in the black toolbar at the top of the page. Simply search by:
• Model Number
• Serial Number
• Part Number

From there, you’ll be able to:
• View equipment literature
• Access complete parts lists
• See stock availability
• Quickly add items directly to your cart

It’s Website Wednesday at TSI!

You may have heard that our old TSI Storefront is being retired next month, which means it’s more important than ever to make sure you are switched over to our new ordering platform.

This week, we’re highlighting the improved Invoice Search feature available on our new website.

To access your invoices, log in and navigate to the Account Tools section in the upper right-hand corner. From the dropdown menu, select My Account, then click on the Invoices box on the next screen.

You’ll notice the layout is much more simplified than Storefront, but it also offers far more capabilities. In the Keywords box, you can search using a variety of information, essentially any text that appears on an invoice is now searchable.

You can search by:
Invoice number
PO number
Part number
Program name
Or any text shown on the invoice

You can also enter date ranges to help narrow down your search results and quickly find exactly what you need.

Today we are walking you through how to create a Kit on our new website. Kits are similar to favorites for quick access, but even better. They allow you to group and organize products in a way that makes ordering faster and more efficient.

Start by heading to https://store.tsihvac.com/. If you do not already have an account, you can request one, otherwise simply log in with your credentials. From there, begin adding all the items you want included in your Kit to your cart.

Once everything is in your cart, click the cart icon in the upper right corner. Inside your cart, you will see a red button labeled Save as Kit. From there, you can name your Kit and add a description so it is easy to find and differentiate later.

You can access all of your Kits anytime under the Account Tools dropdown.

Kits are a great way to simplify your workflow. Use them for stocking orders, seasonal items, bundle packages, or any group of products you order regularly.

It’s Wednesday, so you know what that means… Website Wednesday!

One of the newest features on our site is the ability to become a Superuser during account creation. This gives you more control by allowing you to manage and create accounts for your business. Even better, you are not limited to just one Superuser. You can have multiple people helping manage access.

Already have an account? Getting there is easy!
Head to the red “Account Tools” in the upper right, click “My Account,” then select “Account Admin.”

From there, you can:
Add new users
Edit existing users by updating details or permissions
Remove users who no longer need access

If you do not see this option on your account, simply reach out and we can work with you to update your permissions.

This feature makes it easier to keep your business information accurate and up to date, while giving you full control over who has access.

This week’s tip focuses on adding the site to your phone or tablet home screen for quick access!

For iPhone: Open the site in Safari, tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen, and select Add to Home Screen. You can then name the shortcut, and it will appear as an app style icon on your home screen.

For Android: Open the website in Chrome, tap the three dot menu, and select Add to Home screen. Rename the shortcut if desired, then tap Add to place it on your home screen for one tap access.
