Sweet & Spicy Pickle Lobster Nachos✨ If there was ever a weekend to make elevated nachos, this is it. 🇺🇸⚽️
Crispy wavy potato chips layered with butter-poached lobster, melted Monterey Jack, Bubbies Mochi Ice Cream Bread & Butter Chips, their Spicy Kosher Dill Pickle Snack, pickled jalapeños, Fresno peppers, and finished with a creamy dill pickle crema.

Ingredients
1 bag wavy kettle potato chips
2 lobster tails
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Spicy dill pickle chips
Bread & butter pickle chips
Pickled jalapeños, sliced
1 Fresno pepper, thinly sliced
¼ cup white onion, finely diced
Garnish
Chives
Green onions
Fresh Dill
Lobster
2 lobster tails
2 tbsp butter
Sweet Dill Crema
½ cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1–2 tbsp pickle juice
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Pinch of garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Directions
Remove lobster meat from the shells. Sauté in butter over medium heat for 3–4 minutes. Chop and set aside.
Spread the potato chips on a sheet pan or oven-safe platter. Top with the Monterey Jack cheese and bake at 400°F until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 5–7 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with the lobster, pickle chips, pickled jalapeños, Fresno pepper, and white onion.
Whisk together the sweet dill crema ingredients and drizzle generously over the top. Finish with chives and plenty of fresh dill. Serve immediately.
