Good read.
I'd love to get started... I'm just waiting for the perfect time. Many of us wait for the "perfect time" with our health, nutrition, and fitness. But this all-or-nothing thinking - as in, "If I don't do this perfectly then it's awful!" - rarely gets us "all". It usually gets us "nothing".

person will sit for 45 minutes on the way to work,
slouched over in a car with a head forward in
thoracic flexion and the shoulder blades protracted,
only to transition into the office to assume the exact
same posture at a computer, perhaps with a phone
at the neck jammed into the shoulder.
Think about what kind of training you need versus what kind of training your ego wants.
