Here’s the finished product from the 5” 304SS. The new bearing cap with a 6 bolt pattern. Had. To bore out the housing and press. 4 1/2” sleeve into it.
Here we go. 5” 304SS solid stock. Making bearing caps for a Keisel helical rotor process pump. Merry Christmas from Western Machine.
The new 1 1/2” spade bit with super cobalt insert works great on 5” 304SS solid bar.
Could have bored this drive pin out on the milling machine, but where’s the fun in that. Merry Christmas from Western Machine.
