Monday’s USED to be Leg day with these two! 💪🏾😢
Building and maintaining confidence has been the key ingredient to my life! Here’s the steps I follow in my day to day life.
1. Get Things Done
Confidence is built on accomplishment. If I achieve small and big goals, I’m going to feel much better about myself.
2. Monitor my Progress
I break down my big goals into smaller goals and monitor my progress.
3. Exercise
Besides benefitting your health in general, exercising helps memory retention, improves focus, helps manage stress and prevents depression.
4. Be Fearless
Failing isn’t my enemy, it’s fearing failure that truly cripples me. Setting big goals and having big dreams, is sometimes overwhelming , and somedays it’s makes me feel like I can’t do it. In those moments I have to look inside myself, and gather every ounce of courage I have and just keep going.
5. Follow Through
People respect people when they say they’re going to do something and they do it. More importantly, I will respect myself if I say I’m going to do something and I do it, and belief in myself will come easier, because I know I am not afraid of the work.
6. I Don’t Care What Others Think!
If I think I can do it, I can it.
