Designed in house by our owner Graeme Daley, with 4,200 sqft and 12’ ceilings on the first floor, this house is going to be spectacular… featuring a nearly all stone front facade with limestone detailing, windows with transoms (due to ceiling height), and historical inspired timeless architecture - this one will be a spectacular portfolio piece for years to come.

A little throwback to late May of 2020 installing interior trim, wainscoting and cabinets in our second build. Notice the Hickory floors that we put in this house as well. We can remember it like it was yesterday, and can’t believe it’s been over 6 years since these pictures were taken…

Looking back through some old photos and stumbled upon this gigantic window wall that that we built out on 18 acres in Colerain!

This house had views into the woods for days, considering the 18 acres was primarily out this side of the house want was a HUGE ravine down into the woods.

PLEASE NOTE all the structural steel that is present in the roof system to hold up that 12 foot cantilever outside the windows…
