Does anyone have stage props you have used for winter theme in kids church or for VBS? Not Christmas or “Frozen” but more like a mountain expedition feel. If so, please contact Pastor Russell directly. Thank you!

KIDS CAMP UPDATE

1. NextGen Prayer & Workday - Thursday, May 7 @ 10:00am at Timberlake. Please register at

2. On time registration deadline is Monday, May 11. All deposits and actual registrations must be submitted by this date. Any spots not filled with registrations will be released. You can still register campers after this date but with additional fees.

3. All leaders should be registered by Monday, May 11.

4. All Adult Verification Forms MUST be submitted to our office by Friday, May 15. These must be submitted for everyone who will be on property for any reason. No AVFs will be accepted after this date. AVFs must be signed by your Lead Pastor and date of current background provided. Anyone not submitting an AVF by this deadline will not be allowed on property during Kids Camp. No exceptions will be made.

5. Our Leaders Zoom will be Monday, May 18 at 7:00pm. This is required for all leaders attending camp. Zoom link will be sent that morning.

6. Leaders Manuals will be emailed Wednesday, May 13. Please take time to read these carefully and prepare any questions for our Leader Zoom on May 18.

7. Teams and team colors will be released on Friday, May 22.

8. T-shirts are not guaranteed after the on time registration deadline and will not be available for pre-purchase after this date. We will have a limited number of shirts for sale at camp.

9. Please go back through all Kids Camp information on our website (www.gakidmin.org/kids-camp) and prepare any questions for our Leader Zoom.
