Source3Media is a commercial printing company located in Macedonia, Ohio. We are seeking full-time Bindery Operators for 1st and 2nd shift and are willing to train.

Job Duties Include:
• Complete various finishing services in compliance with job specifications and company quality standards.
• Operate miscellaneous equipment according to specifications to produce customized jobs.
• Maintain appropriate production documentation.
• Ensure high quality standards and neatness for all work performed.
• Tow motor
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 or more years of experience in a traditional bindery environment is a plus but not needed
• Requires good mechanical skills
• Able to apply written/verbal instructions to machine set-up and maintenance.
• Self-motivated/self-starter.
• Basic computer familiarity.
• Ability to move freely throughout the building to gather information, materials and authorizations.- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time occasionally and be detail-oriented.
• Must be comfortable with multi-tasking and having priorities change throughout the workday.
• Need to be a team player at all times.

Pay range is $18-26/hour based upon experience.
