It is with extreme sadness that we must let everyone know of the recent passing of the founder of Dirham Rentals, Richard "Dick" Dirham. Over the years he did his best to try and give people a second chance. He will be missed and we will strive to continue his legacy.

Obituary for Richard Keith Dirham at Waite & Son Funeral Homes Medina Chapel Richard Keith Dirham age 80, passed away peacefully at home on May 15, 2021. He was born on September 5, 1940 to the late Keith H. and Thelma Trammel Dirham in Lodi, Ohio. Richard was proud to be a member of the Medina Community and freely gave of his time

We understand the uncertainty everyone may be facing due to the Wuhan virus pandemic (COVID-19). As of today, March 19th, we have decided to reduce the rental payments for the month of April to 50% of the previous amount due. This reduction will still allow Dirham Rentals, LLC to continue to pay property related expenses and maintain the safety of our residents while hopefully giving them the flexibility they need during these difficult times for all of us.
