Camp Timber Ridge is a summer day camp facility owned and operated by the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta. Offers day camp sessions during the summer.
Timber Ridge has been open since 1924 and serves around 200 girls each session of summer camp from June to July. Established in 1924 as Camp Civitania, but was renamed Camp Timber Ridge in 1953. Right next to the council's service center in Mableton, GA. Great place for GS troop camping and Service Unit camporees during the school year. Go to gsgatl.org for more.

SISTER, SISTER!!! Camp isn’t just for making new friends, it’s also time for sister’s to spend time making new memories together! Funny how big sister was once a daisy and now is helping her baby sis navigate CTR! What a special moment!

Staff training 2026 has been magical so far!
What a fun few weeks of learning how to be a counselor, singing new songs and being so silly that it feels ridiculous! What a wonderful staff we’ve cultivated this season. In just a week we’ll have CAMPERS coming through our gates!
