This is what can happen if lug nuts are not torqued properly especially with a dually diesel. Glad everyone was ok and they made it to us after someone else attempted the job of rear brakes.

Customer vehicle died as they where driving down the road, reason was the timing chain broke a tensioner causing it to jump. Thanks to the good old 2.4l General Motors engine oil consumption issue the chain did not lubricant properly putting wear on the tensioner. Sub-frame out engine swaps are never any fun. One happy customer today!

Customer was driving home as he heard a big clunk then a grinding sound. After further inspection the carrier bearing on the drive shaft had separated causing it to drop when torque was not applied. Thank god they made it to us before anything serious happened.

Some of the perks to the New York weather and there roads. These lower control arm bushing have broken away from the sleeve cradling there bolt to the frame and allowing the wheel to maintain stead down the road. Bolt has rusted into the sleeve as it did not want to back out and just spin. Another set of tires saved this time as well as any major catastrophe that could have happened.
