LET'S GET KENNEDY A KIDNEY!!!!

I know there are so many people in our community who have followed her journey. Kennedy was born with a rare condition call bladder exstrophy. She is currently in Stage FIVE of renal failure and is in desperate need of a kidney. As many of you know, I went through some exstensive testing back in March, April & May and was a match. Our surgery is coming up on November 5th.

While I personally have a shorter recovery time, Kennedy's will be a little more exstensive. Kennedy has preop November 1st and I have preop November 4th. The surgery will be Tuesday, November 5th. I will be in the hospital 3 additional days and then must live in Jacksonville within 20 minutes of the Mayo Clinic for an additional week. Kennedy will be in the hospital for a week and then must live in Jacksonville within 20 minutes of the Mayo Clinic for an additional 30-45 days. The costs of travel, lodging, food and things not covered by insurance will need to be covered. Additionally, Kennedy will need to pay her portion of medication not covered by insurance. Who We are looking for:

A passionate and enthusiastic individual with a minimum of 5 years of retail experience or a 2-year degree in Business, Communication, or Marketing

25 years of age or older
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A keen eye for fashion and an understanding of current bridal trends
Impeccable organizational skills with a focus on detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

What You'll Do:

Oversee all aspects of the boutique's day-to-day operations
Manage staff scheduling and ensure exceptional customer service
Maintain a positive and welcoming environment
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies
Stay up-to-date on the latest bridal trends and styles
Build strong relationships with designers and vendors
