How we think is what usually generates greater anxiety. Through mindfulness meditation we managed to calm down and stop this continuous chaos, learning to control it.

Jacobson's progressive relaxation, this is one of the most used relaxations in psychotherapy. It is mainly used to deal with the symptoms produced by anxiety and stress. It consists of relaxing each of the muscles of the body, identifying where the tensions are. This technique aims to raise awareness of how in our day-to-day situations that generate stress, the first thing we do is tense certain muscles in our body that later become pain and even contractures.
