People sometimes joke and say, “Come on, who’s your favorite student?” Or they might try to guess, thinking I smile more at one person, or laugh more with another. And I get it, it’s human nature to wonder. Some of you make me laugh with your quick wit. Some of you amaze me with your curiosity. Some of you challenge me to be more patient, more understanding, and more creative. Every single one of you has made me a better teacher, and a better human being and I truly thank you for that! ❤️Brooks

POV 1st & 7th Grade Monster Projects: Each year, the 1st graders at LCSD unleash their creativity by designing their very own monsters, and the talented 7th grade FACS students take on the thrilling challenge of bringing these whimsical creatures to life! By sewing them into adorable stuffed animals, this exciting project not only sparks imagination and learning, but also builds a strong sense of community within our district. It's a fun-filled adventure that everyone looks forward to each year!
