Sunday funday + how i feel about the no white after labor day rule 😜
but in all seriousness i’ve been working a lot with the mantra this month that nothing meant for me will pass me by 💖 w/ the shift of starting my 2nd year of school + some very exciting projects + partnerships coming up I’ve definitely been struggling a little w/ anxiety.
Reminding myself that everything works out when it’s supposed to that’s meant for you if you continue to put out good intentions + kindness into the world and that helps me to remain calm + aligned with my highest self + purpose 🙏🏻

We are both in our happy place and thrilled🤍🤍didn’t realize how much I needed a a few days off to decompress, get time outside with my favorite human + Furry friend, & focus on something other than school. It is so important to balance energy output and work with play, rest + restorative activities ✨✨✨

Wanted to share these GF cookies I made with sugar cookie mix! I made them pink using beet juice! They were super easy and indulgent, as cookies should be ❤️ I think it’s so important to find a balance with indulgence, and when you do, be present + fully enjoy. These can be made vegan as well.

One of my absolute favorite meals for a midday snack or lunch when I need a heartier meal that keeps me feeling my best. I try to use fresh bread from local bakeries—this is from one of my absolute favorites that we stock up on whenever we visit CT.
The avocado leaves my hair + skin feeling amazing and keeps me full + energized for hours.
Do you guys have a goto meal that’s healthy + feel indulgent?

One of my favorite morning rituals. I think that green juice can be somewhat misleading when it comes to what’s actually healthy. Something that I have worked on a lot with one client of mine is getting rid of the hidden sugars. AKA let’s not put an entire pineapple in our green juice.
Because there’s no fat, you’re setting your body up for a blood sugar rollercoaster + cravings when you crash. In this one, there’s ginger, celery, collard greens, lemon, and cucumber.
I ALSO mix in vita mineral green to give myself a boost. I couldn’t recommend that product more, and I do my research. It’s the real deal.
