He got his surgery yesterday - fingers crossed no infection sets in the next couple weeks. We paid the balance of $1400 to cover the surgery and we are hoping for donations back to the rescue to help offset this unexpected event.
Please help so we can continue to help these poor dogs who find themselves homeless and injured❤️🐶🐕

This poor boy showed up as a stray, unable to walk on one of his legs. We got him to Selah Vet and X-rays show a leg so badly broken it needs amputation. We need donations! Estimate is $1500 to $2200.

Meet Russell! He’s a spunky 8yr old guy who does not act his age. He walks really well on a leash, knows basic obedience commands and lives for the ball and treats like any good lab does! He is also crate trained and likes his car rides.
He seems to have no issues with cats or dogs of all sizes but isn’t comfortable with rough play. He loves to hangout with his canine and human friends!
He does really well with kids and occasionally jumps for kisses.he doesn’t bounce off of people,
Russell would do well in a home with another chill dog or cat. He’s looking for his new life companion!
He is fostered in Bellingham WA and adoption fee is $250
We do adopt in Canada.
