We hope you all have a happy and safe Valentine's day! Please keep your kitties safe too!

Lilies and cats don't mix! If you got lilies for Valentine's Day, keep them in a room the cats do not go into, decorate your office, or throw them away. It is not worth the loss of your kitty!

The flower, leaves, stem, even pollen is poisonous! And once your kitty shows signs of ingestion, it is too late.

If your cat has had access to a lily, please bring them to your veterinarian immediately. Your veterinarian can administer charcoal to prevent absorption, fluids to flush the kidneys, and monitor blood chemistry for signs of kidney failure.

If you are sending flowers to a loved one, please avoid arrangements that contain lilies ❤️
