Iron Chef Core
Combining years of experience with hospitality and culinary arts our goal is simple: Exceed expectations—from start to finish.
Iron Chef Core, LLC is a culinary company dedicated to promoting a plant-based lifestyle and encouraging the consumption of nutrient-dense, locally sourced, and sustainably produced foods.
Dead leaves waste the plant's energy and can slow fruit production. Removing them helps focus energy on ripening tomatoes.
Trimming provides more sunlight on the leaves and fruit speeds photosynthesis and helps tomatoes ripen more evenly.
Better air flow from fewer crowded leaves lowers the chance of fungal problems and pests.

We are excited to announce our upcoming monthly tasting event at Vista Community Garden! Recently, I had the pleasure of presenting a Tea & Fruit tasting, showcasing the bounty of flavors our garden offers. And a great immunity booster for this winter weather we are experiencing in Tampa.
This is an excellent opportunity for both new and existing members to connect, explore new tastes, and enjoy the sense of community that Vista embodies.
📅 Date: January 6th, 2026
🕒 Time: [TBD]
📍 Location: Vista Community Garden
We invite you to bring your friends and family and share in this delightful experience. We look forward to seeing you there! 🍽️🌼
Mastering knife skills can change your cooking—here are quick tips to get you started:
• Hold your knife with a firm grip, keeping your fingers tucked for safety.
• Use a rocking motion to chop evenly.
• Practice the "claw" technique with your non-cutting hand to protect your fingertips.
• Keep your knives sharp—dull blades are more dangerous and less precise.
• Start with basic cuts like dicing onions or slicing carrots to build confidence.
These simple habits boost your speed, safety, and results in the kitchen. Ready to sharpen your skills? Let's cook smarter, healthier, and with more joy—one chop at a time!

Most people went plant-based to be healthier… But somewhere alongr the way, the plant-based label started meaning “processed” more than “healthy.”
