We are the public library for the City of Lufkin, TX, serving all of Angelina County. Replacement cards are $1.
We do not charge for membership if you live in Angelina County, however, you must have a valid photo ID with current address in order to apply. Parents or legal guardians must apply for library cards for children under 16. Items may be renewed in person, over the phone or via our website as long as another patron has not requested them.

We've added some new STEM kits to our collection. Available at the Circulation and Reference desks. Come check them out!

The library will be taking a break from regularly scheduled programming in August so staff can reshelve all the books and get ready for our fall programming.
Lap-Sit programs, Storytimes, and monthly Dual-Language Family Story Night will resume in September.
