Defend Democracy Lubbock

Received a request from a community member urging Lubbockites to call Rep Jodey Arrington's office to let him know that we do not support this violent president. We can demand that he be removed from office! This is a great way to engage with politics, not just in this moment! If you are interested in taking this action, you can call Jodey Arrington's office:

Heightened Scrutiny explores the lived experiences of transgender individuals and the ongoing fight for equality, dignity, and legal protection. The film offers a powerful look at the human impact of discriminatory policies and the resilience of those advocating for change. This special screening invites the Lubbock community to learn, reflect, and engage in meaningful conversation.
