Our students have had a busy spring semester full of learning and engagement opportunities!

This past February, our program was well represented at the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo with our presentation, "The Meat We Eat." Over the course of a few weeks, our students shared insights on the role of meat in the diet, performed fabrication demonstrations, and offered food samples to attendees.

We are proud of these outstanding students for representing our program so well on such a big stage!
