Save the date for own membership show at the ICC celebrating the Great Texas of Texas!
International Affairs is proud to host the inaugural โLubbock Camera Club: Texas Through Our Eyesโ photography exhibit. This exhibit showcases photographs taken by members of the Lubbock Camera Club during their trips around our home state.
Join us at the ICC on Friday, May 29 beginning at 6PM, and enjoy more than 60 images on display which celebrate the diversity of the land and culture of Texas.

We are excited to announce that PhotoPlains! 2026 is now open for submissions!
This year marks the 32nd year of this beloved exhibition, first created by Ann McDonald to celebrate the vision and creativity of Photographers of the Plains. We are proud to continue this tradition alongside the West Texas Photographic Society of Lubbock and the Lubbock Garden & Arts Center.
Our 2026 juror is Kathy Drake, a Certified Professional Photographer with three decades of experience serving the Lubbock community through portraiture, dance photography, senior presentations, and more. We are honored to have her thoughtful eye guiding this yearโs selections.

Get ready for a day full of cowboy fun at the National Ranching Heritage Center on Saturday, April 26, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.!
Ranch day is an immersive experience of ranching history, skills and science. The Ranch will come alive with real cowboys, livestock and activities centered around ranch life, offering a hands-on experience for visitors of all ages. It is guaranteed to be a day of fun for the whole family!
Hereโs what you can look forward to:
- Meet cattle, sheep and horses
- Participate in a stick horse rodeo
- Watch horse demonstrations from the professionals
- Discover native plants, insects and wildlife
