Quality over quantity. That’s how we do pest control.

An exterior treatment is important. Many pests do come from outside, and treating the perimeter can help reduce the number getting in. But a pest may cross a treated area and still make it inside before the product takes effect. And if you’re already seeing pests in your kitchen, bathroom, or another room, that’s where we need to pay attention.

At ChemTec Pest Control, we take the time to listen, inspect, and treat the areas that need attention, including the interior when appropriate. We don’t want your service to be a quick spray around the house followed by a trip to the next stop.

We’re a locally owned Lubbock company, and we believe in earning your business with every visit.

Why do multimillion-dollar pest control companies keep sending salespeople door to door?

Door-to-door sales aren’t inherently dishonest. But repeated knocking after someone says no, pressure to sign before reading the agreement, or promises that don’t match the service are fair reasons to be cautious.

A company can win a customer with a sales pitch and still lose their trust when appointments happen without clear notice, a technician spends only a few minutes on-site, or getting a return call becomes a struggle. When customers leave, the company needs new ones to replace them—and the sales cycle continues.

At ChemTec Pest Control, we believe the service should earn your business. We’re locally owned, we take time to address the pest issues you’re actually having, and we don’t lock you into a contract. You pay when we service your property.

At ChemTec, you pay after we service your home. Simple as that. 🏡
Before signing up for a monthly pest control plan, ask:
• What’s my total cost for the year? Multiply the monthly payment by 12—and ask about any additional fees.• If life changes and I need to cancel, can I?• Will I owe a cancellation fee or remaining payments because I signed a contract?
A move, a job change, or an unexpected expense can change your priorities. Your pest control service should give you flexibility.
With ChemTec, there’s no service contract to sign. We treat your home, then you pay for the service.
Contact ChemTec for pest control that keeps things simple.

🚫 No, We Don’t Promise Same-Day Service—Here’s Why.

We don’t run our technicians until dark just to squeeze in one more stop. Our team members have families to get home to, too—and quality pest control takes time.

We won’t rush through your service just to check another box.

What we DO offer:

✅ No initial service fee
✅ No contracts
✅ No automatic monthly charges
✅ Pay only when service is performed
✅ Thorough service from local professionals

Life changes—jobs, budgets, moves and priorities. You shouldn’t be locked into monthly payments for a service that may no longer fit your needs.

You pay for the service you receive, when you receive it. That’s it.
