Alyse Trinidad blends movement, mindfulness, and creative expression into a practice that honors the meeting point between stillness and movement. What began as a love for yoga evolved into a path of prayer, meditation, and self-development — a way of training the mind and cultivating awareness through movement, breath, and sound. Now, as a yoga and meditation instructor, Alyse guides others toward grounding, connection, and inner balance.
