A New Energy and Mining Corporation is being formulated to set the foundation for a Proposed Multi Billion Dollar Asset Base with holdings in Proven In Ground Oil & Gas Reserves along with an abundance of Raw Earth Heavy Metals and Minerals which are highly enriched.

WOB COMPANIES Has been highly involved in New Mexico Iron Ore Mines and Exploration and Gold Mining this year we have been working to secure two Old Lost Gold Mines in New Mexico that WOB Personnel located earlier this past Spring 2020.

It is our plan to secure the Mineral Rights for these Mine Sites as we want to start up a mining operations which could require per mine site 100 New Jobs for New Mexico citizens.

New Mexico has been somewhat depressed due to the COVID-19 virus has been killing allot of people in New Mexico.

I will be working with the Mining Commission in Capital City of State of New Mexico as we will be discussing our plans to start up mining operational issues with NM STATE Officials in Santa Fe, New Mexico in November.

As WOB MINERAL & MINING ,LLC. a Division Of WOB COMPANIES,LLC. will be creating new large revenues streams from it’s mining operations in New Mexico.

WOB COMPANIES,LLC. will be conducting Due Diligence on three West Texas and Cenjtral Texas Oil & Gas Producing or Non Producing Exploration and Development Projects.

It is our plans to complete the proposed and pending purchases of these Oil Properties as well as Three Iron Deposit Ore and Gold Mining Projects in the Southwestern USA.

WOB COMPANIES ,LLC. and WOB EQUITIES,INC. if we are successful in closing a pending Equity Sales Transaction in WOB EQUITIES,INC,which will allow us to complete several pending acquisitions in the West Texas Permian Basin Area some 15,000 acres of Oil & Gas Leases with 64 pumping wells producing near 1,500 bopd in Howard and Glasscock Counties as well as Floyd and Motley Counties. WOB will be relocating and opening our Corporate Headquarters in Dallas,Texas in the Q1 2020.
WOB ENERGY RESOURCES,LLC. will be in charge of all Oil & Gas Leases and Production Operations in Texas.
TEXAS ENERGY DEVELOPMENT,LLC. will be in charge of all Landowner Relations on all Texas Oil & Gas Royalties and TED will maintain all Oil & Gas Production Records and we will maintain all Lease Documentation to be filed with the Railroad Commission of Texas.
BIG STATE OIL & GAS COMPANY will be in charge of all Oilfield Operations and daily monitoring of pumping oil & gas wells and BIG STATE OIL & GAS COMPANY will be the Texas Licensed Oil Operator on all our Oil Leases in Texas.
WOB EQUITIES,INC. will complete the our Proposed New Mexico Processing of the Estimated 54,000 Metric Tons of Iron Ore to separate out any possible Precious Metals and clean this Iron Ore in order to ship off to our Buyers in India .
WOB EQUITIES,INC. will also complete the purchase of 1,360 Acres of BLM Placer Gold Mining in Arizona as well as 1,780 Acres of BLM Placer Gold Mining Claims in Nevada.
