Texas lawmakers are currently considering Senate Bill 3, which would affect the h**p industry in our state. Here's what's happening:

🔑 Key Points:
• The bill aims to ban the sale of consumable THC products outside the medical ma*****na program
• CBD and CBG Isolate products would still remain legal
• The bill has passed the Senate State Affairs Committee unanimously.
• Full Senate expected to vote soon

👥 What This Means for Our Customers:
The bill would ban the sale and possession of h**p derived THC in Texas, in any form or concentration, including the very products you've come to trust to manage your wellbeing. While most of our products have no intoxicating effect they still may contain trace amounts, less than .3%, delta 9 THC and would be included in the ban.
