“I shut my eyes in order to see…” Gauguin

Art to me is a way to deal with stress, emotions and life in general.

The time I spend doing my artwork is like a safe haven. It is a place where only two things exist, my art and myself. My inspiration comes from my experience with people and myself. Sometimes it is things they have said, but usually emotions that they bring. Because I paint the way I feel each painting has it’s own style. The method of medium I choose to use is acrylic and oil. I prefer oil as it shows more of the emotion I am projecting, it is deep and rich and full of life.
