🚨NEW BEER FRIDAY🚨
It’s another Friday and we’re dropping another Westy Banger! We collaborated with on this one utilizing their new SH-45 thiol unbounding, naturally occuring (NonGMO) lager yeast. Packed with Cascade, Mosaic and Citra Cryo, we get big citrus and tropical notes paired with dank diesel attop an assertive but pleasant bitterness.

This double westy banger is crammed full of Cascade, Mosaic, and Cryo Citra hops fermed up with a thiol releasing lager yeast to amp up the natural flavor and aroma compounds present in the hops. Everybody’s coming to get it!

We love crushing lagers and especially Mexican style lagers and especially with limes. It’s a gratuitous choice validated by the Mexican holiday Cinco de Mayo widely celebrated on the 5th of May for our “no espanol” followers. We brewed ours with premium pilsen malt, flaked corn, and pounds and pounds tasty corn tortillas. Drink this crispy pleasure as is or go loco and garnish with a lime slice, salt, or Tajín!
Additionally, smoked a load of limes and green chiles that we infused in a couples kegs of Mexican Lager to produce 55 Tacos and 55 Peppers. These are both fantastic and limited to TODAY ONLY!

🚨 NEW BEER FRIDAY 🚨
We were fortunate enough to be one of three breweries in Texas selected for the 2026 FWD Program (see below for more). Our first test product was the brand new HBC 1176 hop. It charted with high sensory notes of pine, citrus and tropical berry with an interesting herbal component.
Obviously, this hop reads perfect for a West Coast Pils.
We pick up notes of lime, pine, pepper, and subtle rosemary.

Yakima Chief Hops FWD
This crispy x hoppy banger of a pils was brewed using HBC 1176, an experimental new hop from the Hop Breeding Company and Yakima Chief Hops. We were honored to be selected into their FWD program- a collaborative project of experiments and trials moving hop breeding and products into the future. This hop expresses a pleasant balance of pine, tropical fruit, citrus, and herbal notes. Enjoy!

FWD from Yakima Chief Hops and Yakima Chief Ranches is a hop innovation program focused on data-driven decisions and community involvement. Participating brewers are granted access to the newest, not-yet-commercialized HBC varieties and products in Yakima Chief’s innovation pipeline. Participants are also granted access to educational and marketing resources necessary to both brew and sell what’s next in beer.

Dry Hopped Hefeweizen

We took a perfectly good German Hefe and threw a ridiculous amount of American hops on it. This playful blend of estery banana notes with hoppy citrus and tropical flavors atop of a thick wheaty base makes for an interestingly delicious beer. Effervescent, low in bitterness, and amped up aromas and flavors combine their powers to become a real fruit basket banger of a beer. Sounds weird? Well, uh, art is hard. Enjoy.
