We the People: Texas America 250 exhibit opens at Texas Tech Southwest Collection As part of America's 250th anniversary of signing the Declaration of Independence, the Texas state Library and Archives Commission is bringing its traveling exhibit to libraries and universities to educate folks about the lone star state.
