Why is training 5 days a week often called "obsessive"? ..so sitting at home watching tv 5 days a week isn't?
Squeeze your glutes at all times during a set, especially on lifts like bench press and overhead press. It stabilizes your entire torso.-muscle & fitness
Anyone who has workout with me has heard me say "tighten your core". With all the dumbbell work we do this tip will go a long way.
It's never too late to become what you might have been!
NOBODY HAS TIME TO WORKOUT, SOME JUST MAKE TIME!

Tip of the day: Next time you work your chest out take a note out of Kai Greene’s book and start with dips. I like 4-7 sets of 10. Gets you stretched, warmed up and ready for a good pump. Look at his pictures and tell me it doesn’t work!
