This was a big deal for me.
As a highly sensitive person, an intuitive, and an empath, large crowds used to be my worst nightmare. Overwhelming is an understatement. I would avoid crowds at all costs.
Now I implement some coping strategies:
my Tony, a couple of grounding exercises, and the Holy Spirit, and I do just fine.
We had so much fun at the George Strait and Miranda Lambert concert in Lubbock. ❤️
