After avoiding TikTok for MONTHS...
I finally decided to get on the app and ended up growing my following from scratch to 10,000 followers and doing $66,000 in sales my first 90 days on the platform.
In this video I’m breaking down exactly how to sell on TikTok so you aren’t just amassing a ton of followers, but you’re also adding a ton of dollars to your bank account!

Are you letting your fear define you?
If you squint... you can see my husband and I standing out on that arch. It's one of my favorite photos from our big hiking trip this year, and the crazy thing is... it almost didn't happen.
We hiked a few miles up the side of the cliffs in Capitol Reef National Park to get to this spot.
When we arrived, a dozen or so hikers were laying lazily on the rocks, eating snacks and admiring the view. Just as we were about to do the same, a woman said:
"Wait!! You have to go out there and get a picture! Hand me your camera... I'll take it for you!"
*Pause to appreciate the beauty that is hiking culture. The people you meet in these places are truly incredible*
"It's not as scary as it looks," she continued. "Here, go this way... you'll get to a fork in the path. The right looks easier, but take the left. It's better. Trust me... you'll be so glad you did it."
Turns out the hike out to the arch wasn't nearly as scary as it looked. Other hikers had clearly marked which rocks to climb, and which ones to go around.
When we arrived a few minutes later... we smiled, trusting that the random stranger we could barely see would snap a photo to capture the moment. She didn't disappoint.
So here's my question: are you letting your fears define you? It's often the UNKNOWN that is scary... not the thing itself.
Feel the fear. Then do it anyway. Listen to others who have already hiked the path... and know the journey isn't as scary as it looks ❤️

3 Things I'm letting go of in 2023... Entrepreneur Edition:
As entrepreneurs we spend a lot of time talking about goals... but I believe what we choose NOT to do is just as important as what we choose to do.
Here's my list... and I'd LOVE IT if you'd share yours in the comments ❤️
1) Setting Linear Goals
As entrepreneurs, our growth is not linear. It's compounding! I know this. I've experienced this. And yet I still find myself setting goals based off past numbers and performance vs off of future potential. Here's to dreaming even more boldly in 2023!
2) Being My Own Worst Critic
In 2022 I've battled two autoimmune conditions and the anxiety/depression that go along with them. I was able to prioritize my healing while still showing up for myself, my clients & celebrating my highest revenue year in business. I wasn't perfect, but that's pretty badass. And I'm going to start acting like it!
3) Staying in My Introverted Comfort Zone
When left to my own devices I will happily build my business in isolation... and love every second of it. The pandemic only magnified this tendency, but as we move in to 2023 I'm going to prioritize networking, collaboration and getting myself in more real & virtual rooms with people who are playing at a higher level than myself.
Okay - there's my list. Your turn 🥰

And every great leader was once a beginner! Don't despise your small beginnings... stay hungry, be coachable, put your head down and go to work. From small beginnings come great things!
