Meeting today at 3114 303 Raiders pass at 4pm. We are talking about how to make your own workouts, workout groups, possibility of team workouts. And so forth.
General meeting today at 5 (rm 206 in the Rec)! Please bring your class schedule if you haven't already given a copy to Laura. Also, please bring DUES (if you can).
Tech Powerlifting will host its first annual powerlifting meet here at the university this spring!
Tech Powerlifting will begin this semesters workouts this Saturday @ 10:30 am in the rec centers weight room
