Lubbock based Home Theater Company looking for full time lead or helper installation technician. We are looking for an experienced audio video technician that possess the knowledge, expertise, ability and passion to service our high end customers.

Job Responsibilities:

Interact with customers on a daily basis concerning their audio/video installation needs.

Project coordination and planning.

Install, trouble shoot, and support new audio and video whole house systems.

Requirements:

At least two years experience

Basic computer skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Working knowledge of audio / video installations including:

 Structured pre-wire for whole house audio/video distribution, network,satellite, keypad/touch panels, camera systems both in new construction or retro fit.

 Rack design and cable dressing.

 LCD / LED, OLED TV installation, mounting, and wiring.

 Projector / screen installation and calibration.

 In-ceiling / in-wall speaker installation.

 Crestron RTI or Universal Remote Control (URC) programming experience is a plus.

 Successfully troubleshoot and problem solving with high end A/V systems.

Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail

Self-motivated, positive attitude, high-energy individual who can multi-task well

Must be able to work Monday -- Friday 8am to 6pm (some Saturdays may be required)

Must have excellent communication and organizational skills with emphasis on customer service

Must have valid Texas drivers license

Must be able to pass a background check

Home Theater Installers - including Pre-wiring new construction residential and commercial projects. Speaker/ TV/ smart home equipment installations. Networking knowledge a plus.
