Stopped by to wish my grand-kitty, Karma, a happy birthday after a dip in the pool… and left covered in black cat hair. 😂

He’s 4 years old today and runs the household like he pays the mortgage.

One of my favorite things about working with first-time home buyers is watching everything start to click for them.

Today’s closing was extra fun because the husband is a contractor, so they already knew houses, construction, repairs, and what to look for. They came in prepared, asked great questions, stayed on top of everything, and made the process incredibly smooth.
