Nobody warns you that part of becoming a real adult is standing in silence watching rain hit your backyard like it’s the greatest thing you’ve ever seen 🌧️

One day you’re out with friends.
The next you’re:
• checking the weather app every hour
• talking about drainage
• and saying “man we really needed this” completely unironically

Honestly… that’s also about the stage of life where a lot of people realize they’re more ready to buy a home than they thought.

If buying your first home has been sitting in the back of your mind lately, message me. I’ll help you figure out what’s realistic without making the process feel overwhelming.

Today feels a little quieter in the best way.
Flags waving, families gathered, grills going, front porches full.

But underneath all of that is gratitude for the people who made those moments possible.

Wishing everyone in Lubbock a meaningful Memorial Day as we remember and honor the brave men and women who served our country. ❤️🤍💙

And if this weekend has you dreaming about a place to call home someday… I’d love to help make that happen for you too.

📩 Message me to start your first home buying journey.

A lot of people are getting ready to renew their lease right now without ever checking to see if buying might actually be possible first.

And honestly? A lot of first-time buyers are closer than they think.

You do not need perfect credit, 20% down, or your entire life figured out before starting the conversation. Most people just need someone to help them understand their options and make a realistic plan.

That’s one of my favorite parts of helping first-time buyers — making the process feel less overwhelming and more achievable.

📩 Before you sign another lease this summer, message me “HOME” and let’s talk through what’s possible.

POV: your first-time home buyer closing did not go as planned today… so instead of handing over keys, I handed over my debit card at Target 🫠

Got my nails done, bought the patio rug I’ve been needing, and tried a new foundation that looked promising in the store but now has me questioning every life decision that led me here.

Real estate isn’t always picture-perfect closing photos and giant bows. Sometimes there are delays, last-minute changes, and days where things just don’t go the way you planned.

But if you’re buying your first home, don’t panic. A delay doesn’t mean it’s falling apart. It just means we keep moving forward and handle the bumps as they come.

The rug though? 10/10.
The foundation? Absolutely not.

Happy Memorial Day Weekend everyone!

School’s officially out and honestly… summer always feels like a reset in Lubbock.

People slow down a little.
Families start planning.
Big life goals suddenly feel more possible.

And every year around this time, I start getting messages from people saying:
“Okay… I think we’re finally ready to talk about buying.”

Because summer feels like a fresh start for a reason.

More time.
More flexibility.
More opportunity to actually make a plan before life gets busy again.

If buying your first home has been sitting in the back of your mind, this might be the perfect time to start the conversation.

📩 Message me “SUMMER” and let’s talk through what’s possible.

I’ve realized there are two things I take very seriously:
coffee orders and helping first-time buyers buy homes.

The coffee order this week came from The Blonde Bean and honestly, if a drink called the Cookie Monster exists, I’m probably going to try it.

But in between the caffeine and MLS searches, helping first-time buyers navigate the process is genuinely one of my favorite things to do. A lot of people think buying a home has to feel confusing or out of reach, and most of the time they’re closer than they realize.

That’s where having the right guidance matters.

So yes, I can probably recommend a coffee order…
but I can also help you figure out down payment options, loan programs, timelines, and what buying could realistically look like for you.

📩 Message me “COFFEE” if buying your first home has been on your mind lately.

One thing about Lubbock… golden hour in the neighborhoods just feels different ☀️🌵

The quiet streets.
The warm light.
The evening drives with the windows down.

It’s the kind of feeling that makes people want a place to call their own 🤍

One of my favorite parts of helping first-time buyers is watching them go from dreaming about homeownership… to finally driving through a neighborhood that’s actually theirs.

Because buying a home isn’t just about the house.
It’s about building a life that feels good when you come home.

📩 If owning a home in Lubbock has been on your mind lately, message me “HOME” and let’s talk about what’s possible.

Going from paying someone else’s mortgage…
to building your own equity,

that’s the real HALLELUJAH

and somewhere in the middle of all that,
you went from “i don’t even know where to start”
to officially a homeowner.

that’s the part i’ll never get tired of 🤍

if you’re still renting but thinking about making the jump…
comment “FIRST HOME” and i’ll show you what step one looks like
