Responsibilities:
* Load unfinished materials and remove finished products.
* Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
* Inspect products using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met.
* Assist with basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
* Record production data and completed work.

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED preferred (relevant experience may be substituted).
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting.
* Experience with lathes, CNC equipment, facers, or similar machinery.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Requirements:
* Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
* Must be authorized to work in the United States.
* Must be willing to work overtime or varying shifts when needed.

Experience needed:
📍previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility.
📍Familiar with various manufacturing tools & machinery including but not limited to facers, lathes, cnc's
📍Bilingual preferred but not a deal breaker
📍Ability to lift heavy equipment
📍Willingness to work the late shift
📍Can pass a drug test
