D's Pest Control has officially merged with Bug Out. What does that mean for you? Improved customer experience! Check out some of the exciting updates below.
- Our company name will change from D’s Pest Control to Bug Out. You’ll begin to see our new name and brand on our vehicles, uniforms, and paperwork.
- To improve service and call quality, we’re implementing a new, centralized phone system.
- Soon our website that you visit for service and information will change. More details to come.
- There’s a new portal to manage your account, view and pay invoices online, and see details of your next service. To use this portal, you will need to set up a new account. From our new website, click the MY ACCOUNT button and follow the steps under Setting Up Your Account to get started.
- We’re updating a number of payment and account self-management processes.
- Our billing name on credit card statements will appear as Rentokil Bug Out.
