It’s been a long, hard-fought day…

Mixer, powered speakers, passive PA speaker, and passive stage monitors are dialed in and sounding solid.

Only thing we couldn’t crack today? The damn subs. 😅

We’ll get them figured out soon enough. For now though, the system is up, loud, and ready to go.

Well… I totally flubbed today. 😅
Went out for a late anniversary dinner with my fiancée Ashley Scott since COVID decided to crash the actual day. It's hard to say no to a 16oz medium ribeye smothered with mushrooms, mac & cheese, and a loaded baked potato. 🤤
The fat kid in me showed up… and absolutely took control. No regrets even after 3 baskets of bread. 😂
Because of that, the equipment test is getting pushed to tomorrow around 11am.
And yeah… we’re about to find out just how loud this setup can get.
4x 15” subs + crossover = serious BOOM. 🔊💥

Today’s the day—we’re finally hooking up and testing the full TRJ / Hubcity Headliner Productions sound system. 🔊

Full system rundown:
• 4 Subwoofers
• 3 Main PA speakers
• 4 Stage monitors
• 6 Power amps
• Mixer
• dbx 223xs Crossover
• Equalizer
• Digital delay / Reverb unit
• DBX processor
• DMX lighting controller
• Stage lighting rig
• Fog machine 😎😮‍💨
• Full cable setup (which is what took so long)

It’s been a long time coming and we’re looking forward to dialing everything in and seeing what this rig can really do.

Quick heads up—
I’m just coming off the worst case of Covid I’ve ever had, so I’m gonna take it nice and slow today. It might take a little longer than expected, but no point in rushing it and ending up back in bed. The goal is to get everything set up right without overdoing it.

Stay tuned… this is where things start getting real.

4/20 Festival day is here, and unfortunately we had to cancel our performance due to a major lineup change.

I considered playing a acoustic set with my buddy, but it wouldn’t have represented Trouble River Junction the way it should be.
