We took another trip down to Florida and are back with an update from the Sanctuary series. Dispensaries done, cultivation thriving in Apopka. Check out our latest projects in Marianna and Orlando.

Although we are in the midst of the year, we want to give cheers to a year of hard work, dedication, and progress! 2023 brought completed projects and fresh faces to our team. Ready to tackle 2024 with even more energy and enthusiasm!

We had a few successful volunteer days, thank you Habitat for Humanity and St. Benedict's for hosting us!
And finally we welcomed Steve Hebsch to our team and enjoyed a night at Fenway Park!

Exploring the rich history of the Hildreth Building in downtown Lowell through its diverse collection of wood-paneled doors. From the classic half-lites to doors adorned with glass transoms, our historic renovation project aims to preserve and showcase the unique architectural features of this iconic structure. Stay tuned as we delve into the details and share the stories behind each door, bringing the past to life in the heart of Lowell.

It's time to put down the pencil and pick up the hammer. What a day we had volunteering and helping the St Benedict's community build their elementary school addition!!! A big Thank you to Br Anthony and everyone in the community who welcomed us in and let us help out on Wednesday.

It was a special day to help construct a building we designed. Members of the CAC team volunteered to help out on-site. It was a fantastic day to be out on site, and what an amazing view of the Nashua River and Wachusett Mt. in the background.

The biggest shoutout goes to Carrie, who is the best construction site supervisor dog!!

Steve Hebsch - Project Manager
Work-life balance is paramount to me. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, cooking, traveling and enjoying New England's natural beauty. I've hiked quite a few of the White Mountain 4,000-footers and plan to summit them all someday. My wife and I have a 5 month old daughter, and we have enjoyed navigating the challenges and wonderful experiences of becoming parents.

What's in my bag:
Way too many items - I have the classic "freshmen bag". Over-ear headphones, iPad, tape measure, laser measuring tool, glasses, toothbrush, q-tips, comb, nail clippers, ibuprofen, allergy meds, tums, pens, highlighters, sanitizer, charging accessories, and so on!

What's the most surprising thing in your bag?
My portable battery charger! It's especially helpful when spending the day laser scanning larger buildings.

What you can't live without?
Prescription sunglasses - I have awful eyesight, so having them with me is imperative!

Last week we hosted our third annual CAC week in and around Lowell. It was amazing to have everyone from our company attend the events. We welcomed our Florida teammate Keith for another week in Massachusetts. There were so many fun and surprising events to share.

A big thank you goes out to Tracy and the for hosting a pottery workshop, for having us for dinner, for hosting a fun evening of mini golf and bumper boats, for having us a build day, and for not postponing the game despite a little rain!!!!!!

Samantha Kelley - Designer II
A lot of my time is spent on the computer, and my cat, Zola, who I'm obsessed with, is usually by my side. Away from the screen, I love to spend time outside. Kayaking is my newest favorite Florida activity, close seconds are the beach (a weekend staple of ours) or reading by the pool. Watching a sunset with loved ones is my happy place. My ideal date night is cooking with music playing and a good glass of wine. Back in my native land of Colorado, I love visiting the mountains with friends. I'm no pro skier, but a fan of the scenery and coziness of the cold.

What's in your bag:
Wallet, The Auburn Creed, mini duck, multiple sunglasses, lucky pen from my sister, notebook of the moment, chapstick, raggedy old tape measure, digital tape measure.

What's the most surprising thing in your bag:
The mini duck. It represents a funny moment with my family, and its randomness is funny in itself.

What can't you live without:
Sunglasses. All the computer time has made me a victim of light sensitivity. I know other designers can relate!

From a blank canvas to the ultimate entertainment paradise! Our team recently transformed an unfinished basement in Boxboro, MA into a dream space for our client. With a fully stocked bar, a pool table and dart board area for friendly competitions, and a cozy TV corner perfect for sports events, this basement is the place to be! We also added an at-home gym equipped with top-notch equipment, a luxurious full bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, and even a working sauna for the ultimate relaxation. It was a pleasure working directly with the owner to bring his vision to life, and we couldn't be happier with the results!

Exciting news for all local cannabis enthusiasts! We’re proud to announce the completion of Cal Verde Naturals , the first recreational dispensary in Belmont, MA! CAC worked closely with the Cal Verde team and Vantage Builders, Inc. to create a stunning and inviting space that will satisfy your cannabis needs. How it started vs. How it's going!!

CAC Pet Introductions! It's time for us to reveal who is grabbing our attention every day. Since all of you got a little peek behind the curtain of who makes CAC who, we thought it would be a great idea to show off our animals!

Yves (Kevin)
Yves is named after the designer Yves Saint Laurent because of her elegance and beauty. She loves anything and anybody willing to play chase with her, sticking her head out the car window at all times and belly rubs. Yves has endless puppy energy and will walk forever if given a chance!

What's your pet's favorite toy?
Yves' favorite toy to play with is a former golf club driver head leprechaun. She has turned it into her own personal shaking toy.

What are your pet's favorite treats?
Yves loves these stick treats. Anything crunching and edible is always the choice for her.

Yves is a rescue puppy from the Bahamas. She is a Bahamian Royal Potcake who was rescued from the Bahamian Humane Society!
