A vibrant group exhibition celebrating creativity, color, and the spirit of community - this show brings together artists from both the Loading Dock Gallery and the Western Avenue Studios community.

In our latest show "Conversation In Movement", Nino Gordeladze, Dina Mordeno, Ed Porzio,
 and Johanna Tiemann create a rhythmic visual
environment where movement is both subject and
 collaborator. Painted forms, whimsical colors,
playfulness, and captured slices of motion weave
together into a single expressive conversation.

Working hard for our next showcase show- Conversation in Movement.

Conversation in Movement explorers the poetic
relationship between the dance and visual art. Inspired bythe unspoken language that arises when gesture, color, and form interact, this exhibition invites viewers
to experience and emotional and sensory exchange.

Join us for an opening reception on January 3rd from
3-5 pm, during Western Avenue Studios & Lofts Open Studios.

Dancer Kosmia Vaporis will perform a brief movement
piece at the reception at 4 pm.

🪑 Format: This is primarily a standing and strolling event with seating available. Guests will explore curated open studios, live performances, artist demonstrations, and special exhibitions throughout the evening.

November and December are festive times at The Loading Dock Gallery, and we invite you to join us in the celebration of the seasons. Winter Lights has become an annual tradition for holiday shoppers as a source of unique, handcrafted, giftable art and holiday decorations presented by more than 30 of our LDG members and participating artists and artisans from Western Avenue Studios.
Browse our three rooms of beautiful artwork, and drink in the spirit of the season. Winter Lights showcases a juried selection of work by local artists making it easy and convenient to Shop Local and Shop Small, while giving our patrons the opportunity to find that unique and extraordinary gift that will make this holiday memorable.

Our new showcase show is installed! We are excited to be hosting “Public Spaces Private Places”

This is a juried show featuring artists from inside and outside our gallery. The show will run until October 26.

This Saturday (Oct 4), we are hosting a reception and awards will be presented from 3-5pm, followed by the 11th Annual Poetry Conversion starting at 5:30. Poets will read their poems that were written about pieces in the show.
