I didn’t make an hourly comic for hourly comics day this year, but I still wanted to make some sort of comic in honor of that day, so here it is only *checks notes* 3 months later!
This comic is was made as Lenore is a large lady, and whenever Josh and I visit another friend’s cat the first words out of my mouth always seem to be “oh my god Lenore is so big” whenever we come home.
I gave her a dna test and it turned out she is somehow every fluffy cat all smooshed into one body.

This Sunday I’ll be at Lexington for the first time for their Lexington Outdoor Market. Come say hi 10-4 and support local arts.

This Saturday and Saturday only (for me) I will be vending at the Brighton Bazaar for the first full weekend Elks extravaganza! Last time I vended in Brighton was December, so if you didn’t snag a print or card from me back then now is your chance!
I will have one new card design, (not pictured here because I don’t have photos of it yet) perfect for those with a permanently spooky cute heart (or preschool graduation).
Cheers and see you all there alongside so many other amazing artists and vendors đź’š

There’s 2 feet of snow on the ground, so here are two tiny green paintings for Boskone next weekend. Hoping that the ice melts soon.

I am struggling on actually doing art because the world is on fire, so instead here’s a look down memory lane.
It’s nice to see the things that have grown and changed and what has stayed.
Also even though this is an art meme, 2016 was also a political year so I’m not rose colored glassesing this. Community is a crucial and essential part to humanity, and watching the united states tear itself apart and blaming each other vs the elite is gross. F**k ICE, help out your community and be there for your neighbors.
And yet again just to be extra clear. F**k ICE.
Finally, to make this extra 2016 I went with a song from a band that I listened to (and still do, and I did this morning in the car because winter is for symphonic metal) during that year. Cheers ✨

My art is all set up at Arisia for the weekend on the 16th floor of the Hyatt. The entire time setting up, I kept telling Josh (who was on taping labels to prints duty) that I sure did learn from Amelia to aesthetically cram as much as possible into the spaces I am given. Everyone agreed.
I also included my 2025 set up wall to see what has changed since last year.

For the last day of 2025, I present the monthly reflection art meme. For the months where there was no art made, I placed a photo of Lenore.
I like assembling together this meme as it lets me see if any color palette or themes followed me throughout the year. That and i get to reflect on all of the art that I did. 2025 seemed to be full of blues and pinks, which is newer for me. I am excited to see what art journeys and illustrations are created in 2026.
What was your favorite month this year? The painting for August has definitely grown on me the most.

I saw some art vs artists floating around to cap off the year, and thought that it would be fun to add this on along with the end of the year art memes. In this photo we have 3 Royalty Free for all fan art pieces (Josh is making the music for the game and it is amazing!), an art fight piece, a video game landscape, some things you can find in a grocery store, and a girl walking her dino in downtown Los Angeles. I also included my other art va artists from 2024, 2023, 2021, 2020, & 2018.
Towards the end of every year there is always a melancholy feeling to me. It is nice to look back on all of the art, growth and cherishing the happy memories while recognizing and holding space for the sadness that has also occurred whether within my own life or through the lives of those I care about.
The audio choice for this was tricky, but I went with my most listened song for this year. Not sure what this means and if it is a good summary of this year or not.

Merry Christmas from Lenore and me! May everyone have a restful week to enjoy the end of this year and to bring many blessings into the next one đź’š
