I’m so happy that I’ve already gotten to know some of my class of 2027 seniors. Looking forward to Janelle’s session in August 🌸

This car just happened to be in his garage and Brian was like “can we do some pics with it?” Me with my jaw dropped…100% yes!

Tonight I was invited by the head coach to attend the Track & Field banquet for my daughter’s school/team. Because of the team’s size, it’s usually reserved for Senior parents only (next year I’ll be “official”).

While I was there, I was recognized for the photography that I’ve done for the team. It was beyond sweet. I often say that I’m not a sports photographer but the truth is that I absolutely love volunteering my time and taking pics for them. They are such an amazing group of kids and truly phenomenal athletes. Their competitive drive and teamwork push each other to be better both on the field and off.

They know me as “Charlotte’s mom”. They chat with me in between moments at meets, look for me to take pics during big and small wins, and I even get the times where they stick their tongues out or give me a ✌🏻as they are running by. It brings me joy to be able to do this for them.

Can’t say I’m ready for the class of 2026 to be done but I can say that the class of 2027 is already showing up in big ways. I’m so excited for this year and for more floral Friday features.
