Most importantly, Kevin genuinely cares about the quality of his work. He takes pride in making sure nothing is left unfinished and that every detail is handled the right way.

We had a great time yesterday at Peak Innovation Center in Fort Smith for the River Valley Career Launch Expo!
We interviewed several kids, all who would make great CEI technicians. We’re very impressed and thankful for all these school districts are doing to prepare kids for the workforce!

We got to feed and hang out with some students from DTSOI today at our headquarters here in Lowell. We went through what it’s like to be a technician here, gave them a tour of our warehouse, and answered alllllll the questions! We hope to welcome some or all of them into our workforce after they graduate!

Blaine joined our warehouse team last year and has quickly become a key part of keeping our projects running smoothly. As our inventory associate, he is solely responsible for managing all of our inventory. Blaine is dependable and precise in everything he does. He takes ownership of the details, making sure materials are accounted for, organized, and ready when our teams need them. His accuracy behind the scenes plays a big role in helping our projects stay on track.
We’re grateful for the consistency and care Blaine brings to his work every day.
