Food is health. And access to it matters. 🌱
At Pathway to Better Health, we understand that food insecurity contributes to poor health outcomes—and that LGBTQ+ communities are disproportionately impacted.
Thanks to a generous grant from the Grass Roots Fund, combined with PTBHealth’s mutual aid efforts, we’re able to offer a limited number of farm shares to our community.
Fresh, local food. Community care in action.
