Our residents enjoyed another relaxing and rejuvenating yoga and meditation session this week! Through gentle stretching, breathing exercises, and mindful meditation, residents had the opportunity to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and focus on their overall well-being.

These weekly classes provide a peaceful environment where residents can relax, connect with one another, and promote both physical and mental wellness. We are so proud of our residents for their participation and commitment to healthy living!

CNA spirit week is coming up! We cannot wait to celebrate our amazing CNA‘s and thank them for all that they do for our facility!
